By booking an appointment with Fluffin' It Grooming, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

The Client agrees that Fluffin' It Grooming may take photographs and/or videos of their cat during their grooming sessions. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, social media, website content, and other marketing materials. Client agrees that no compensation will be provided for using this content. Ownership of all such media belongs to Fluffin' It Grooming. If any client wishes to remain off all media, this desire must be communicated to the groomer at drop-off. 

The Client acknowledges that while Fluffin' It Grooming exercises the utmost care and attention while grooming, there are inherent risks associated with grooming services. By booking an appointment, the Client agrees to release Fluffin' It Grooming and its employees from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from injury or other issues related to the grooming, including, but not limited to, pre-existing conditions, pet behavior, or accidents that may occur during the grooming process. Fluffin' it grooming is fully insured to protect against any cost for medical care due to accidents caused by us or medical emergencies that may arise while your cat is in our care. Client will be contacted immediately if any accident occurs and agrees to allow fluffin' it to transport the cat to the nearest vet (Cedarcrest animal hospital 5 mins away) for immediate treatment in case of any emergency. Fluffin' it does not accept responsibility for any vet bills incurred by your cat due to a medical crisis that may arise due to complications from pre-existing conditions or undisclosed health issues.  

The Client is responsible for informing Fluffin' It Grooming of any known medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues that may affect the grooming process. Fluffin' It Grooming, reserves the right to refuse service at drop off for any cat who arrives exhibiting signs of illness or stress such as: heavy panting, difficulty breathing, having eye or nasal discharge, drooling or behaving erratically. Any of these signs, point to a medical issue that needs to be assessed by a vet. dropping off a cat exhibiting these symptoms or behaviors, puts them at a higher risk for injury or medical crisis and our focus is to prioritize their safety above all.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling fees if not canceled within 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

By booking an appointment with Fluffin' It Grooming, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
